I provide organizations with the tools to craft marketing plans that truly resonate with customers. I work with our clients to help them meet customers where they are, and when they are looking to buy. I do this in a number of ways, including survey generation and analysis, competitive set analysis, and marketing channel analysis. Gathering the data is just the first step, however.
My intent always is to generate actionable insights that drive business-decisions designed to achieve client objectives. I develop step-by-step plans to do just that combining effective measurement, analysis, and tactical elements. Although sales and conversions are the bottom line, I take a holistic approach to marketing strategy.
Prior to returning to school for my MBA, I worked for more than ten years in the financial services sector in Boston, MA. I was an analyst on the performance and analytics team, where I analyzed data to ensure accurate performance reporting to clients. I transitioned to a client service role where I was able to help clients understand their financial data, including reporting and audit matters.
I hold a Masters in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and a Bachelors of Science in Sport Management from The University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
